Payroll platform Smartly was launching a new people admin add-on. They wanted Kiwi businesses to know all about it.
Following a streamlined strategy phase and client workshop, HOOF developed the creative concept Make People Your Superpower, positioning everyday managers and business owners as capable, confident and kind.
The campaign was anchored by a series of films that used cinematic cues while keeping the characters grounded and authentic New Zealand business settings.
HOOF delivered the strategy, concept, film direction and studio production across all key campaign assets. The work rolled out on TV, digital, social and OOH to build visibility and consideration among Kiwi businesses.
